The story takes place from a squirrel’s perspective looking in on the happenings of her household. The skill learned in working on this book was learning how to bend a dinosaur body into graceful dancing moves. The goal before me was to illustrate a natural setting for dinosaurs, but in a pastel and vibrant palette that appeals to girls.
